My Three Roles Are:

My First Role is I am Your Consultant

As your consultant, you will notice I will ask you profound, thought provoking questions that a typical agent may not ask about what you want to achieve.  Experience shows that a skilled consultant like me will ask you these questions.  Because discovering what is really important to you, is really important to me.

As your skilled consultant, it is important that I lead you through the process of clarifying goals because when your goals are clear, your choices are easier to make.

Experience also shows me how to anticipate likely obstacles to achieving your objectives and then clearly identify sensible means to circumvent them.

In the days and weeks ahead you will begin to notice that I will consistently demonstrate my desire to help you achieve your goals, because what is most important to me as your consultant is that you realize your dreams.

My Second Role is I am Your Negotiator

Because I will treat your money as if it were my own, saving you money on your transaction will be of the highest priority. Like me, you probably believe it is in your best interest to have a skilled and focused negotiator on your team.

What you will quickly notice as I am negotiating for you is that I will skillfully articulate the strengths and weaknesses of the suggestions of the other party. 

As a potential buyer it is very important to know that that when dealing with a New Home Sales Person that they work for the home builder, and are paid by the home builder to protect their interest.  This is when you need me as your negotiator to look out for your best interest.  

Because I am your negotiator it is my responsibility to recognize the agendas and motivations of all the individuals in the transaction and to keep you informed of them. I will keep you focused and committed on a sound course of action to help you achieve your goals.

My Third Role is the Overseer of the Transaction Details

In the days, weeks and even months ahead you will for sure come to appreciate my role as the person who oversees all the transactional details because every transaction requires at least 100 phone calls, emails and pieces of paper, each one loaded with critical details. 

As you can imagine making a mistake could be very costly to you.
